Be sure to make note of the specific location of the problem when you contact the official. We also recommend that you document the issue with pictures and/or video. Ways of identifying locations include: exact address or street, route, mile marker, drop a pin on Google maps and email it, etc. You can also document problems on sites like SeeClickFix.
